Caroline Pal Fawns Over Phelps

Check out this new photo of Michael Phelps’s girlfriend via Life & Style. He may soon set another record: most hookups in the shortest amount of time by an Olympic champion!

But his latest dalliance — with Caroline “Caz” Pal, a cocktail waitress at the Palms Casino Resort’s Moon nightclub in Las Vegas — seems to be serious.

“He took her to meet his mother on Thanksgiving,” says a friend of Caz’s. “Before she left, Caz said, ‘I’m nervous!’”

Michael, 23, and Caz, 26, have been seeing each other for about two months, says the friend.

“He was by the pool at the Palms and saw her working there. He asked someone to introduce them, and they hit it off. He calls her ‘Boo.’ He texts her and says, ‘Hey, Boo, I miss you.’”

Not surprisingly, swimming champ Michael Phelps has been named “Sportsman of the Year” by Sports Illustrated.

In the mag’s article, unfortunately, there’s no mention of his girlfriend Caroline Pal. But here’s how the piece closes:

“By championing the cause of water safety Phelps could save many lives, and the trajectory of others will be changed merely by his inspirational example. In 2012, when we are deep into another presidential election and facing challenges that have yet to reveal themselves, Phelps will once again unite a nation. He does not swim alone. Caroline Pal: Michael Phelps’s New Girlfriend

Michael Phelps took home his girlfriend, Las Vegas cocktail waitress Caroline Pal, aka Paz, to spend Thanksgiving in Baltimore with him and his family.

She looks like a keeper!

The 23-year-old Olympic champ and Pal, 26, have been dating for two months. They met after he won a record-breaking eight gold medals in Beijing last summer.

“She’s there [in Maryland] meeting his family for the first time,” a source close to Paz tells People.

Michael Phelps to Mom: Merry Christmas!

Michael Phelps knows what he’s getting mom Debbie for Christmas — and it won’t fit under the tree.

“It’s gonna be a car,” the 22-year-old Olympic swimmer told Life & Style at the Golden Goggle Awards in NYC on Nov. 17. “She wants to get rid of her SUV and get a car.”

So what will Debbie, a middle school principal, be driving around Baltimore?

“A BMW or Mercedes,” Michael says. “Whatever she wants!”
